SA Hip Hop wordsmith, is finally out with his highly-anticipated and touted album that he titles “The K-Word.”

Rashid is widely regarded in the world of SA Hip Hop with his contribution to the culture and game not going unnoticed.

The East Rand, Johannesburg-born rapper grew up in Thokoza and studied Industrial Engineering at Wits University.

However, his love for the bars and poetic verses superseded that of engineering and he has been been making records ever since as well as the discovery of exciting acts such as Gigi Lamayne.

Rashid is also one socio-conscious act who has stayed in touch with such subjects that resonate with the common man including race, justice, freedom and equality.

Less than a month ago, he announced the final onslaught before the premiere of his album with the single titled “G.O.D (Good Ol’ Days).” That effort featured musical all-rounder, AB Crazy.
